Chef Jeremy is a Chinese-American Portland native.
His Kung Kung (grandfather in Chinese) was originally from Hilo, HI but followed the love of his life (Popo, Jeremy's grandmother) to Portland where he would come to be professional Chef for over 30 years.
Jeremy grew up cooking with Kung Kung in his Mt. Tabor home.
The Pidgin Hole cuisine is an island-inspired Asian fusion that features many of the flavors Jeremy grew up on.
